Marshmallow.uk began as recipes baked for family and friends. In early 2025 we took the same recipes — unchanged — to the wider Edinburgh community.

We bake in small batches because the recipes demand it: macaron shells rested overnight, fillings made the morning they are used, brownies cut by hand. Nothing on the counter is older than the day you buy it.

You will find us most weekends at the city's markets, and the rest of the week in the kitchen working on event and corporate orders. If you are planning one, start here.
