We have done favours for a wedding of twelve and a corporate run of two hundred boxes. Same recipes either way, the ones we have baked since 2016. Below are the answers to the things planners usually have to email and ask for.

- Lead times
- Ten days for boxed orders. Three weeks for weddings and any order over 400 pieces.
- Batch capacity
- Up to 600 macarons a week from our Edinburgh kitchen, baked in batches of 60 and filled the morning of dispatch.
- Dietary
- Macarons are gluten-free by recipe. Nut-free cookies and brownies on request. Every quote arrives with the full allergen list.
- Packaging
- Kraft boxes of two, six or twelve, ribboned and stamped with the rose spiral. Tell us your colours and we will match them; table cards included.
- Delivery
- Hand delivery across Edinburgh and the Lothians. Tracked courier elsewhere in the UK, dispatched the day of baking.
- Tasting
- A tasting box of six flavours is available before any wedding or large corporate order. We post it; you choose.
