Dietary notes
- Are macarons gluten-free?
- Most are, by recipe: 21 of our 26 have no gluten in the recipe, but all 21 may contain it. Biscoff & chocolate, Banoffee pie, Oreo, Carrot cake and Apple strudel contain gluten, and the table on the allergens page marks each one. But ours is not a gluten-free kitchen. We bake cookies and brownies with wheat flour in the same room, so we cannot promise a shell has never met a trace of it. If you are ordering for a coeliac guest, say so in your enquiry and we will tell you plainly what we can stand behind.
- Do you make vegan bakes?
- Yes! At the moment we offer two vegan options: Biscoff vegan and Peanut butter vegan. Both may contain milk and eggs.
